You may cancel online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Unwanted orders must be returned at your cost.

E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.

Which Pod Should I Choose?
- 0.3Ω (loose DTL / airy RDTL): Best with 70% VG e-liquids for bigger clouds and a looser draw.
- 0.6Ω (RDTL / tight DTL): Versatile, works well with 50/50 e-liquids for a balanced draw and flavour.
- 0.8Ω (MTL): Ideal for 50/50 e-liquids, nic salts or freebase; a smoother, more cigarette-like inhale.
Easy Refills & Maintenance
Refilling is quick and mess-free just remove the pod, open the side-fill plug, top up and reseal. When flavour drops off or the coil tastes burnt, replace the whole pod with a fresh one. Mesh coils heat more e-liquid, faster, delivering better flavour and consistent vapour.
