The Dotmod DotPod Max V1.5 Limited Edition Pod Kit takes the powerful and versatile DotPod Max V1.5 platform and gives it a completely different look with a collection of special-edition designs. Available in detailed character-inspired engraved finishes and premium Link designs, these versions are made for vapers who want something more distinctive than the standard DotPod Max colour range.
The Limited Edition range currently includes Spiderman Engraved Red, Spiderman Engraved Black, Lucario Engraved Blue, Batman Engraved Black, Gold Link, Silver Link and Gunmetal Link. Each option uses the same DotPod Max V1.5 hardware underneath, so your choice comes down to the exterior design you prefer rather than any difference in performance.
Inside, the DotPod Max V1.5 features a large 2,100mAh integrated battery, adjustable 5-60W output, a 0.87-inch full-colour TFT display, adjustable airflow and both automatic draw activation and button firing.
It is also one of Dotmod's most flexible pod systems, supporting both integrated-coil DotPod Max pods and the reusable DotPod Max tank with replaceable dotCoils. This allows the device to cover MTL, RDL and DTL vaping without needing separate kits.

The special-edition appearance does not change how the DotPod Max V1.5 performs. Every version uses the same 5-60W adjustable output and 2,100mAh integrated battery, giving you enough flexibility to move between low-powered MTL setups and more powerful RDL or DTL configurations.
At lower wattages with a higher-resistance pod, reducing the airflow creates a tighter inhale suited to MTL vaping. Fit a lower-resistance pod or dotCoil and open the airflow for a warmer, airier vape with increased vapour production.
The adjustable wattage also means the DotPod Max V1.5 can grow with your vaping preferences. Someone moving from a simple pod kit can start with a higher-resistance setup, while more experienced users can take advantage of the wider airflow and lower-resistance coil options.
DotPod Max V1.5 Pod and Coil Compatibility
The Dotmod DotPod Max V1.5 Limited Edition gives you two different ways to configure the pod system.
DotPod Max Integrated-Coil Pods
The integrated-coil pods have the heating coil built directly into the cartridge. Once the coil reaches the end of its usable life, you replace the complete pod.
0.4Ω DotPod Max Pod: Designed for a warmer and more open RDL-style vape.
0.6Ω DotPod Max Pod: A versatile middle-ground option that works well for RDL and looser MTL vaping.
1.0Ω DotPod Max Pod: Best suited to tighter MTL vaping at lower power.
DotPod Max Tank and Replaceable dotCoils
The alternative setup uses the reusable DotPod Max tank with a separate replaceable dotCoil. Instead of replacing the complete pod when the coil wears out, you simply fit a new coil.
0.3Ω dotCoil: Lower resistance for warmer vapour and a more open draw.
0.6Ω dotCoil: A balanced option providing strong flavour and moderate vapour production.
0.9Ω dotCoil: Higher resistance for lower-power vaping and a more restricted draw.

Which E-Liquid Should I Use With the DotPod Max V1.5?
The best e-liquid for your DotPod Max depends on the resistance of the pod or coil you are using.
1.0Ω Pods
The 1.0Ω integrated pod is particularly well suited to nic salt e-liquids and 50/50 vape liquids. These thinner liquids wick effectively at lower power and pair naturally with a tighter MTL draw.
0.6Ω to 0.9Ω Setups
Mid-range resistances work well with 50/50 e-liquids and suitable lower-strength nic salts. They provide a useful balance between flavour, vapour production and battery consumption.
0.3Ω and 0.4Ω Setups
Lower-resistance coils are better suited to lower-nicotine liquids and suitable higher-VG shortfill e-liquids. These setups produce considerably more vapour per puff, so higher nicotine strengths are generally unnecessary.
Nicotine-containing e-liquid sold in the UK is available up to the legal maximum strength of 20mg/ml.
How to Use the Dotmod DotPod Max V1.5 Limited Edition
Choose either an integrated-coil DotPod Max pod or the reusable DotPod Max tank with a compatible dotCoil. Fill the pod with a suitable e-liquid and allow a new coil to sit for approximately 5-10 minutes before vaping so the wick can become fully saturated.
Insert the pod into the device, adjust the airflow to your preferred restriction and select an appropriate wattage for the installed resistance. Start towards the lower end of the recommended wattage range when using a fresh coil and increase the power gradually.
You can vape using the automatic draw-activated firing system or operate the device manually with the firing button.
Never fire a new coil before filling the pod and allowing the wick to saturate, as this can immediately damage the coil and produce a burnt taste.
