International Shipping
International Shipping including the EU
All goods shipped Internationally are on a DDU (Deliver Duty Unpaid) also known as DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
You are not being charged UK VAT.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses for importing the goods and paying all relevant taxes, duties, and inspection costs.
All risks involved in this process are borne by the buyer.
Once the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer, all further transportation costs and risks fall on the buyer. It is entirely the customer's responsibility to ensure all purchased and therefore imported goods are legal within the destination country.
If for any reason the goods are not accepted at destination, or you refuse to pay the appropriate customs fees relevant to your country, Vaping 101 reserves the right to deduct any return shipping or customs fees that remain unpaid, from any refund you, the customer, are due, or we may have to dispose of order with no refund offered.
Please note - lengthy customs delays can occur in certain destination countries. This is totally out-with our control and we can have no influence whatsoever over wait periods. We offer UPS as an alternative to Royal Mail, they have an expedited customs process, where your order is shown and often cleared even before it has arrived in the destination country. Thus UPS is a far quicker service than Royal Mail and does not suffer the same queues at customs.
Please be aware, currently Israel can see 2months or more delay at customs.
